Very nice and clean building, both on the outside and the inside. The room was comfortable, cozy, and super clean. The AC worked really well and the shower had hot water. Everything was really top notch. The included breakfasts were amazing! I am not a morning person or big on breakfast but the food was so tasty with so much variety that it was easily my most enjoyable meal of the day. The pool was awesome to relax in and a nice alternative to the beach just a few meters away. The entire staff at Ritsa, from Nana at the reception, to the cleaning, to the chefs, and staff at the cafe were extremely kind and friendly. By far, this is the best customer service I have experienced in 6 months living in Georgia. I would highly recommend Ritsa Resort to everyone! Really exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

My family and I stayed at Ritsa Resort for a couple of days this summer. The hotel has a great location, the beach is very close from the hotel. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Service was great and overall the staff was exceptional. Pool was also great, very clean and neat. Every guest that I met seemed to be having a great time. There are some local restaurants that we enjoyed as well. We’ll definitely come again. 👌🥂🥰
